Causes of Graduate Unemployment

Hope all of us, of course people are educated to degree level will not be unemployed because they have been equipped with various knowledge, insight, knowledge and skills during their study. Because after all the scholars with the quality of its scientific thought and should be expected to bring a change of life in society. So rather than the reverse, actually increase the burden and problems in society because it increased the number of unemployed so can not give significant contribution to the progress of society and nation. It must be admitted also that in fact if observed, many things that cause why the number of unemployed graduates is increasing every year.

First, because of their qualifications, expertise is not held in accordance with labor market needs. Second, because the jobs that are available to scholars is very limited. This is because the discrepancy between changes in demographic structure, educational programs and magnitude of acceleration acceleration of job seekers that are often not proportional to the number of available jobs. But lecturers in PT should also stimulate creativity level students to develop scientific understanding that has to then be applied to the field of employment. Pick a thorough consideration in accordance with the talent, expertise and number of jobs which later required in the corporate world or in society.
